OBJECTIVES


Participants of this workshop will:

  • Learn the internal process behind making choices and responding to triggers, as well as practice using tools to manage emotions and regulate responses
  • Familiarize themselves with goal-setting and feedback-giving approaches for coaching purposes
  • Practice strategies for articulating customer lifecycle and key business goals, identifying and addressing silos in functions, and facilitating cross-functional problem-solving
