If you can learn to speak up in these crucial moments effectively, then you can accomplish the results you are after. This workshop is most useful for people who want to have a conversation about sensitive topics.


OBJECTIVES


Participants of this workshop will learn, practice and employ:

  • The internal process behind making choices and responding to triggers
  • Tools to manage emotions and regulate responses to external triggers and events
  • Strategies for delivering sensitive news by covering skills on overcoming nervousness, reading your audience, and interacting with questions and/or discomfort
  • The Share Perspectives Effectively and Kindly (SPEAK) method, which involves: exercise more thought before speaking, manage one’s emotions, handle authentic conversations, and boost self-confidence
